Jai Kap Lee holds a Bachelor degree in Material Science Engineering and has many years experience as a research scientist. Working in trade business and product development since 1986, he has been a Director for the State of Utah Government since 1990.

Mr Lee has successfully launched numerous multi-million dollar companies in Korea and is the Acting Director of the Korea Trade Forum, Vice-chairman of Korea ROTC Association, and President of Bio Diox, Inc.
